Booking & deposits
A session is confirmed once a deposit has been paid. The deposit secures your date and is deducted from your final balance. The balance is due before or on the day of the shoot, as agreed.
Cancellations & rescheduling
If you need to move your session, please give as much notice as possible and I'll do my best to find a new date. Deposits are non-refundable but can usually be transferred to a rescheduled session. Weather-affected outdoor shoots will be rearranged at no extra cost.
Your gallery & orders
Your images are delivered through a private online gallery. Digital images and prints can be purchased through the gallery; all orders are subject to the prices shown at the time of purchase.
Digital image licence
Purchased digital images are supplied with a personal-use licence: you may print them, share them and use them on personal social media. Copyright remains with Amelia Liddell Photography at all times. Images may not be edited, sold, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission. Please credit @amelialiddellphotography when sharing online where possible.
Commercial & branding use
If you need images for business, advertising or commercial use, please ask — a separate commercial licence can be arranged.
